Return and Refund Policy

At Soulful Xpression LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, especially custom-made orders, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are created specifically for you based on your design requests. Therefore, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

If you receive a custom product that has a defect or differs from the approved design proof:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with clear photos showing the defect or error.
  3. If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Orders

For non-custom products, we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  3. Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned item.

Order Cancellation

  • Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted as production may have already begun.
  • Non-custom orders can be canceled before shipping. Contact us immediately to cancel your order.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for a resolution.
