- Custom Orders: Custom products require time for design, approval, and production. Please allow 5-10 business days for production after final design approval and payment.
- Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options through trusted carriers.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Free standard shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)
